The Fairways HOA board continuously
takes steps to improve our community.
2025
Our largest project this year is the addition of the Cypress Point neighborhood into our HOA. We continue to work with MI Homes to successfully incorporate them into The Fairways.
We continue to work diligently on the fountain at the entrance this year.
We have changed service providers for the fountain and retention pond and are confident that they will do a much better job maintaining them.
Social events are coming back! Stay tuned for more events in 2025.
